Join RSABI’s Board – Make a Difference in Scottish Agriculture 

RSABI is seeking passionate individuals to join our Board as either a Trustee or a Trainee Trustee. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a respected Scottish charity that provides emotional, practical and financial support to people in agriculture. 

We’re looking for individuals who share our values—kindness, inclusivity, support and trust—and who are committed to improving the wellbeing of farmers, crofters and others in the rural community. Whether you’re an experienced professional ready to take on a full Trustee role, or a younger person (aged 25–45) keen to gain insight and experience through our 12-month Trainee Trustee programme, we’d love to hear from you.
