Are you ready to use your skills and experience to help shape the future of a community where everyone is valued, included and supported to live a meaningful life? Camphill Blair Drummond is looking for new Trustees with social care, legal, or human resources expertise to join our Board.

About Us

For over fifty years, Camphill Blair Drummond has been a vibrant community where people live, work, learn and grow together. At the heart of our community are the adults with learning disabilities we support, alongside employees, volunteers, families and friends. Together, we create a place rooted in dignity, purpose and belonging, where every person is valued for who they are and supported to live a meaningful life.

As we look ahead to our next chapter, we are seeking new Trustees who can help guide our organisation, strengthen our governance and support our vision for the future.

• Champion our values of inclusion, respect, and community

• Attend three Board of Trustee meetings per year and an annual development day (in person or virtually) and occasional events
