Role
We’re recruiting a passionate, people centred facilitator to support The Hug Collective—our lived experience advisory group—and make sure real voices drive real change across Scotland.
You’ll create safe, inclusive spaces, amplify underrepresented voices, and connect insights to decision makers—shaping strategy, influencing governance and strengthening lived experience involvement nationwide.
You’ll excel if you:
- Have strong facilitation and engagement skills
- Understand co production and lived experience leadership
- Communicate confidently at all levels
- Build trust, inclusion and psychologically safe environments
- Work proactively and independently from home
Travel across Scotland + occasional evenings/weekends (TOIL). PVG required.
