Inclusion Alliance exists ‘to enable those who need long-term support to lead the lives that they and the people closest to them choose, as full members of their local communities. The work of Inclusion Alliance is underpinned by the values of inclusion. We have a commitment to people with learning difficulties and a belief in their rights as human beings to a full, participative community life. We believe that everyone has a positive contribution to make to their community. We believe that services should work together with the families of people with learning difficulties, and that decision-making should be a shared responsibility. We believe services should be small, flexible, responsive and tailored to an individual's wishes.
