Role

Join us working with an experienced Board of trustees to contribute towards the charity’s governance; making a positive difference to the lives of LGBTQ+ young people.

We are looking for motivated and committed individuals who share the Charity’s values and bring experience and expertise at a strategic level. We are looking to appoint a number of new board members including those who may be interested in taking on the positions of Convener, Vice Convener or Treasurer at an appropriate time. Specific skills we are looking to recruit for include:

  • An understanding of Governance and Risk Management
  • Ability to interpret financial data 
  • A knowledge of Public Affairs and PR
  • Experience of Youthwork and Safeguarding

A strong profile in the third, public or corporate sector would be advantageous.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of a leading charity and make a lasting, and sometimes life-saving, impact for LGBTQ+ young people
