Lived Experience Development Officer

- Remote: Home-based, but frequent travel in P&K is required.
- £28,328
- 24 hours/week. £19,424 per annum. Fixed term until 31 March 2028.

Role
Help ensure families, especially those experiencing poverty have a real voice in shaping local services.
We’re looking for someone who can build trust, listen deeply, and support people with lived experience to influence decisions across Perth & Kinross.
You’ll run local engagement activities, gather insights, and work with partners to turn community ideas into practical improvements.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with families facing financial barriers
- Deliver engagement sessions across local communities
- Support people to participate confidently in decision making
- Work with Council, NHS, and third sector partners
- Test small service changes and share learning
