Role

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of bereaved children and young people? Richmond’s Hope is looking for compassionate, skilled, and committed individuals to join our Board of Trustees. 

At Richmond’s Hope, we provide vital support to bereaved children & young people aged 4–18. Through therapeutic play, one-to-one sessions, and tailored support for families, our services help young people across Scotland navigate their grief in a safe, nurturing space. As we grow and expand our reach, we’re seeking Trustees who can offer expertise in areas such as:

  • Finance (including Treasurer duties)
  • Fundraising
  • PR/Marketing/Digital
  • HR
  • Legal and Data Protection
  • NHS or Social Care
  • Lived experience of bereavement

This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute your time, insight, and values to an organisation that truly changes lives.

  • Board meetings are held 8 times a year (typically in Edinburgh or Glasgow), plus two strategy days and attendance at key events.
