Team Leader - Highland Digital Support

- Advertised from 23 July 2025
Role
Join us as a Team Leader in the Scottish Highlands.
We’re looking for a values-led Team Leader to join our new Alcohol and Drug Service covering NHS Highland, a fresh, digital-first model designed to increase access to support across the region.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small, committed team that delivers one-to-one and group support through digital platforms. You’ll be at the heart of a service that’s breaking down barriers for people who might otherwise struggle to get the help they need due to location, transport, or digital access.
Our Highland service will provide support to people concerned about their own or someone else's alcohol or drug use. This is a digital service and an exciting new model of service delivery. All client interventions will be delivered digitally. This includes a combination of web-based and phone support, ensuring those without reliable internet access can still receive help. Our range of options includes one-to-one, and virtual support groups delivered using digital tools. The service is for people living within NHS Highland, so knowledge and understanding of this area is preferred and being based in this region is desirable.
The closing date for applications is 3rd August 2025. This advert may close early should sufficient applications be received.
