We achieve this by providing opportunities tailored to their interests and life goals. At Next Steps, we support young people with additional support needs to progress towards their personal development goals through tailored learning, practical experiences and meaningful opportunities.

We are looking for an organised and motivated Deputy Hub Manager to support the safe, high-quality and effective day-to-day delivery of our Next Steps Programme.

Working closely with the Hub Manager, you will provide day-to-day leadership to Facilitators, support Trainees to make measurable progress and help maintain consistent standards across service delivery, safeguarding, compliance and record keeping. You will also take operational responsibility for the Hub when the Hub Manager is absent.
