GSC Auldhouse is seeking an ambitious and enterprising General Manager to lead the next stage of our development.

Based at the home of Giffnock Soccer Centre — Scotland’s largest grassroots football club, with more than 1,400 players and 200 volunteer coaches — GSC Auldhouse is a charity with a clear purpose: to harness the power of football and our outstanding facilities to create opportunities for people and communities across Glasgow and the west of Scotland.

With £1.3 million invested in the development of our GSC Auldhouse base, and successful community programmes already supporting children, families, women and people who are new to Scotland, the foundations are firmly in place. We now need an inspiring, commercially minded leader who can turn that potential into sustainable growth.

Working closely with our Board, the General Manager will shape and deliver our social-outreach strategy, develop new funding and commercial partnerships, maximise income from our facilities and oversee the continued development of the Giffnock Soccer Centre Academy.

This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery — helping to establish GSC Auldhouse as grassroots football’s leading provider of sport, health, inclusion and employability programmes.
