ARC Scotland is a charity working for a more inclusive Scotland.

Working mostly from home, you'll play an important part in supporting learners, employers and colleagues to access qualifications and learning opportunities that help people develop skills, confidence and careers.

We're looking for someone who:

• Shares our commitment to inclusion, dignity, participation and human rights

• Has excellent communication and customer service skills

• Enjoys building positive relationships and helping people succeed

• Is organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities

In this role you'll:

• Support learners through their qualification journey

• Provide information, guidance and excellent customer service

• Maintain accurate records and information systems

• Support financial administration and invoicing processes

• Work closely with employers, Assessors, Verifiers and colleagues

• Help us continuously improve the way we work

Why join ARC Scotland?

• Flexible home-based working

• A supportive and collaborative team

• Opportunities to learn and develop

• Meaningful work that makes a difference

• The chance to contribute to positive change across Scotland

If you're looking for a role where your organisational skills, communication and values can make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
