Forth Valley Welcome supports New Scots to rebuild their lives, settle into their communities and feel welcomed across Stirling and Clackmannanshire. We provide practical support, social opportunities and activities that help people build confidence, develop connections and thrive.

We are looking for a friendly, organised and practical Operations & Community Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our organisation. You’ll coordinate and deliver donated household items, clothing and other essential goods to New Scots across Forth Valley, helping ensure people have what they need as they settle into their new homes.

You’ll also support the delivery of our community activities, including family outings, celebrations, social events and other programmes, helping to create welcoming and inclusive experiences for everyone involved.

No two days are the same. You’ll work closely with colleagues, volunteers and partner organisations while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of Forth Valley Welcome.

We operate a flexible working policy but some evening and weekend work will be required as well as some prescribed hours as per the needs of the team.
