£50,000 - £55,000
Closing 24 August 2026
Advertised from 27 July 2026

Role

Camphill School Aberdeen is seeking a Head of Estates and Developments to lead the stewardship, sustainability and future development of our unique estate.

Supporting more than 100 children and young people with learning disabilities and complex additional support needs, our estate spans three campuses and includes residential homes, educational buildings, workshops, community spaces, land, infrastructure and transport assets. The environments we provide are central to the quality of life, learning and care experienced by the young people we support.

Reporting to the Chief Executive and working as part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide strategic oversight of estate management, compliance, maintenance planning, capital development, sustainability and infrastructure. You will lead long-term planning and investment while ensuring our buildings, land and facilities remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose.

This is an opportunity to make a lasting contribution to an organisation with over 80 years of history and ambitious plans for the future, including continued investment in facilities and estate development.

We are looking for a senior estates, facilities, infrastructure or asset management professional with experience of complex environments, strong leadership skills and the ability to balance practical delivery with long-term strategic thinking.

If you are motivated by purpose, stewardship and the opportunity to shape environments that help children and young people thrive, we would love to hear from you.
