Role
Job Purpose
To provide high quality advice, casework and representation to individuals and families on welfare benefits, income maximisation, and debt, in accordance with the Scottish National Standards for Information and Advice Providers (SNSIAP) Level 2. This includes providing advice on debt solutions, negotiating with creditors and supporting clients to access the most appropriate debt solution, including the Debt Arrangement Scheme (DAS), sequestration and other non-statutory debt remedies.
