Role

Are you a customer focused housing professional who believes in strong partnership working? Are you passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for customers. If so, we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for a Housing Officer to join our team on a job share basis, working Thursdays and Fridays. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Maximising income and managing rent accounts
  • Supporting tenancy sustainment and community wellbeing
  • Effectively managing Anti-Social Behaviour cases 
  • Delivering effective estate management

We’re looking for candidates who bring:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A solid understanding of housing policy and regulatory frameworks
  • Proficiency in ICT systems
  • A commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement
