About the Service 

Catrine Bank is one of our supported living services in East Ayrshire, Scotland. It includes three houses and two cottages. With the river Ayr running adjacent, Catrine village is a beautiful, remote and rural area with access to varied county walks and National Trust locations within easy access.

About the Role 

Working across a cluster of services, you’ll coach and guide frontline leaders to ensure services are efficient & person-centred, delivering compliance and quality standards through best practise. You’ll be the key driver of transformational change – supporting continuous improvement and fostering a culture of high-quality practice. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead the day-to-day running of a cluster of services, ensuring they are safe, person-centred and compliant. 
  • Promote a supportive and inclusive workplace culture that prioritises staff wellbeing, engagement, and professional development.  
  • Ensure financial sustainability through effective resource planning & cost control. 
  • Work in partnership with families, commissioners, advocates, and professionals to ensure the voices of autistic adults are heard and reflected in their care.

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 5 years’ minimum experience in a similar role is essential
  • Collaborative and reflective approach to leadership and continuous improvement. 
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory standards, safeguarding, person-centred planning, and autism-specific frameworks (e.g. SPELL, PBS, TEACCH).

This advert is for a full-time permanent position, at 35 hours per week.
