Role

About the role:

Our administration team is the backbone of our organisation, providing efficient, reliable, and professional support across all departments. They manage a wide range of tasks including office management, travel arrangements, event coordination, database maintenance and supporting our accounts, human resources and project teams. 

Known for their attention to detail, adaptability, and proactive approach, the team ensures that day-to-day operations run smoothly, they consistently demonstrate versatility and a can-do attitude, taking on new challenges with enthusiasm and professionalism

The Senior Administrator will provide a range of general administrative and clerical support across the organisation, including extensive use of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook (diary management), Word (reports), PowerPoint (presentations), Excel (spreadsheets), and Access (database management).

The Administration Team maintain excellent working relationships, giving staff confidence in delegating tasks and trusting in reliable, high-quality outcomes. The postholder is expected to be highly proactive, taking initiative to identify priorities, solve problems, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

* The admin team typically attend the office 2–3 days per week and working at home for the remainder, office attendance and specific days are determined by organisational needs and may vary from week to week. There may be some occasions where attendance in the office is required up to five days per week.
