Role

We are currently recruiting for the newly-created role of Advice Services Coordinator, which is part-funded by Independent Age’s Boosting Advice fund for a fixed-term of three years (until July 2027).

Accountable to our Community Services Manager, the Advice Services Coordinator you will manage and co-ordinate the Willowacre Trust Advice Services Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality advice services to tenants and communities. Duties will include overseeing a team of Advice Officers (Money Advice, Energy Advice, Digital Participation, and Wellbeing Advice); casework of a senior nature, contributing to funding bids, promoting Willowacre Trust’s values to a wide range of customers and stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of the Willowacre Trust Business Plan. 

We are looking for someone who shares our values and will use them to guide the way they work on a daily basis. 

You should: 

  • Have knowledge and experience of leading and managing an Advice Services team, ensuring high standards of performance and service delivery 
  • Be able to maintain accurate and up-to-date client database and case management records
  • Be able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including external advice services, partners, and funding bodies
