Role

Are you a talented leader in waiting with the skills in motivating people and networks to achieve goals? CTSI is seeking a Deputy Chief Officer to join our team. 

CTSI is the ‘single door’ membership organisation for the third sector in Clackmannanshire supporting charities, voluntary and community organisations, development trusts, social enterprises and community benefit societies as well as promoting and developing volunteering. 

Working closely with the Chief Officer and the Board of Directors, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the strategic plan for developing the third sector and volunteering. 

Key responsibilities include providing leadership and management of colleagues, programmes, and resources to implement CTSI’s strategic and operational plans effectively. 

As a highly-motivated leader, you'll demonstrate sound judgement under pressure and possess strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace, aligning with CTSI’s values. You'll excel in communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders. Your exceptional organisation and planning abilities will ensure efficient management of individual and team workloads and deadlines.
