Stanmore House Residential acts as both a boarding element to Stanmore House School and a residential and respite service for the children of Scotland. The young people we support are aged between 5 & 20 with a variety of complex disabilities. You would support them to live independently in our bright, fully adapted, residential & school campus based in the outskirts of Lanark. 

About the role

We are looking for a Service Manager who can provide the leadership to consolidate our achievements to date and to seek out opportunities to build upon these. You will manage a motivated team which encompasses a diverse range of skills and responsibilities, and ensure that people in Stanmore Residential continue to benefit from our exceptional person-centred support.

Growth is important to us and you will be a champion of the local community, with the curiosity, vision, and confidence to search for and nurture service growth. You should be someone who is keen to implement innovation while maintaining a positive environment. This role is a gift for someone who wants to put a vision into practice. 

You should be:

  • Able to demonstrate passion and commitment to our values and cause
  • An exceptional leader with social care and management experience

Driving licence required.
