Tenant & Community Engagement Officer

- £34,745 - £44,619
- Permanent (35 hours per 5-day week, Monday – Friday, including occasional attendance at meetings or courses out with normal office hours, as determined by the role). Following a successful probationary period of 6 months, consideration will be given to condensed hours i.e. 4-day week or 9-day fortnight).

Role
Glen Housing Association is registered social landlord with c.500 rented properties in the Glenrothes, Levenmouth, Windygates and Milton of Balgonie areas of Fife.
Whilst our number one priority is the provision and maintenance of good quality and affordable housing, we are also committed to ensuring a high quality of service to our tenants and customers and believe in building strong and resilient communities for them.
To assist us in taking this objective forward we are looking for someone to come on board who will be pro-active, bringing their ideas of how this role can be developed to benefit Glen’s tenants and communities.
