Role

Join our team as Director of Housing & Communities! We are seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering customer service excellence.

We are looking for a Director of Housing & Communities who will lead on housing management, tenant engagement, community engagement and customer service. We are looking for a values-led leader who keeps our customers at the heart of their activities. You will be responsible for ensuring our services are inclusive, high-performing and responsive to the needs of our customers and communities. You will also play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of Ayrshire Housing through our new 5 year business plan.
