With the increase in workload required to bring energy improvements to the portfolio of 189 properties of the Housing and Loan Fund, we are now looking for a part time Property administrator to provide general administrative support across the small team. 

The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills with good attention to detail with high skill level of proficiency in the use of MS packages. You will have sound organisation ability with excellent time management skills and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
