Role
Are you highly organised with experience in charity finance and bookkeeping? Do you love variety in your work and have a passion for the environment and young people?
The Green Team is looking for a proactive and adaptable Finance and Administrative Support professional to join our small, friendly team in Edinburgh. You’ll manage day-to-day bookkeeping (using Xero) and support a wide range of admin tasks—from handling event bookings and training logistics to sending out certificates, managing office supplies, and supporting Board meetings.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Charity finance and bookkeeping experience
- Knowledge of Xero (and ideally tools like Hubdoc, Approval Max or Apron)
- Excellent admin and organisational skills
- A helpful, flexible attitude and commitment to our values
