Role

Carers of West Lothian is looking for a Self-Directed Support Worker to join their team. This post is funded by Support in the Right Direction. The post holder will; identify and help unpaid carers and disabled people to understand Self-Directed Support (SDS) and social care through 1:1 and group support. They will provide independent information, advice and support to those considering or in receipt of SDS, helping identify personal outcomes and to make informed choices.
