Role

Join Our Board of Trustees

Thank you for your interest in joining our board, we really appreciate it! Our trustees play a vital role in the success of our charity, and you’ll be joining a fantastic team, making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support.

At Capella, we believe in lasting change through learning, because everyone deserves to thrive. As a charitable company limited by guarantee, we’ve been proudly supporting people for 26 years. We deliver two key services—Sleep Action and Teens+—providing tailored support and education that create lasting positive change and improve lives.

With an ambitious strategy, this is a particularly exciting time to join our board. We’re growing our existing services and developing new ones that further our purpose. Do you have the passion and expertise to help us achieve our goals?

We’re looking for up to one new trustee to join our established and committed board. In this role, you’ll play an integral part in guiding the charity’s strategic direction, offering support, challenge, and insight as we continue to grow. Not only will you help create lasting impact for the people we support, but you’ll also benefit personally and professionally through this rewarding experience.

While we welcome applications from anyone passionate about our mission, we are particularly keen to hear from people with expertise in HR or senior-level experience in leading people and culture.
