Join Us at Paws for Progress! Do you love dogs? Want to help young people thrive? Believe in the power of human-animal interactions?

Paws for Progress is recruiting new volunteers to join our Board of Directors!

We’re a values-driven organisation working with people and dogs to create positive change across Central Scotland. We’re looking for passionate people who care about making a difference and can offer a few hours a month.

We particularly welcome applications from those with skills in:

  • Finance
  • Human Resources
  • Marketing
  • Employability, fundraising, or business development

No previous board experience needed — just a passion to learn and contribute! This is a great opportunity to grow professionally and support a cause you care about; helping people and dogs improve and enrich each other’s lives.

Application Process:

1.    Cover Letter: Tell us why you're interested, what you can contribute, and what you hope to gain.

2.   Shortlisted Candidates: We’ll invite you for an informal call with our Chair or Vice-Chair.

3.   Taster Session: Attend a Board meeting before committing.
