Role

The Family Support Collaborative Coordinator will be the operational "glue" that helps connect families, Family Wellbeing Hubs, third sector organisations, and Collaborative partners including the Early Intervention team at Clackmannanshire Council. The role is focused on coordination, communication, engagement, relationship-building, and administration, ensuring that Family Hub activity and the Family Support Collaborative, made up of over 50 locally-based third sector organisations operates effectively and that families can access the support they need when they need it in their communities.

About the Role

The Family Support Collaborative Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of family support activity across Clackmannanshire. Working closely with Family Hub partners, Collaborative members, families, and community organisations, the postholder will act as a central point of connection, communication, and coordination.

The role will support the day-to-day operation of the Family Support Collaborative, ensuring that partners remain connected, information is shared effectively, and collaborative activities are delivered successfully. The postholder will also provide administrative support to the Family Support Collaborative and Leads Group, helping coordinate meetings, actions, communications, and engagement activities.

The Coordinator will work directly with families, communities, third sector organisations, and partner agencies to help strengthen local support networks and improve early access to services and opportunities.
