Role

Do you want to be part of something life-changing?

At Columba 1400, our core purpose is to enable young people, especially those from tough realities, and the key adults in their lives to lead lives of purpose, meaning and contribution.

Through values-based leadership experiences, we help people recognise the greatness within themselves and make real lasting change in their lives and communities. Our approach is rooted in our founding principles of the warmth of welcome, the warmth of hospitality and the warmth of being on a shared journey.

If you enjoy bringing people, plans and details together; if you are organised, thoughtful and calm under pressure, then you may be exactly who we are looking for.

What makes this role special?

You will help ensure our Head Teacher Leadership Academies (HTLA) and Key Adults Values-Based Leadership Experiences are planned with care, well organised and delivered with the warmth, quality and attention to detail that matter to Columba 1400.

Working with team members, facilitators and wider partners, you will support planning, communications, practical arrangements, records and follow-up, helping each experience feel thoughtful, welcoming and well-held from preparation through to completion.

About you

You are organised, practical and attentive to detail. You communicate with warmth and clarity, manage priorities well and follow through on agreed actions. You will have an adaptable approach and able to deal with unexpected circumstances and last-minute changes / requests bringing sound judgement, care and accuracy to your work. You will be confident using Microsoft Office to support planning, communication, reporting and record keeping. Experience in operations, administration, coordination or programme support is essential.
