Healthy and Active in East Kilbride is entering an exciting phase of development as we continue to build healthier, more connected and more resilient communities.

We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Operations Co-ordinator to help ensure the organisation continues to operate smoothly, efficiently and effectively.

Working closely with the Chief Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting our staff, strengthening organisational systems, and ensuring the charity has the operational foundations needed to continue delivering impact across East Kilbride. 

About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding position covering:

  • Operations and administration
  • Staff supervision
  • Finance administration using Xero
  • Payroll administration
  • HR support and compliance
  • Health & Safety coordination
  • Policies and procedures
  • Governance and Board support
  • Reporting and organisational development

No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety and autonomy to make things happen.

About You

We’re looking for the right person who:

  • Loves helping organisations run effectively.
  • Enjoys working with systems and finding better ways of working.
  • Has strong administration, coordination or operations experience.
  • Is comfortable supervising staff and supporting colleagues.
  • Has experience working with finance systems and organisational processes.
  • Takes pride in delivering work to a high standard.
