Role
Job Purpose: To manage and deliver the employability project and support the CEO in development and strategy of the project
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manage and co-ordinate the delivery of the employability project
2. Monitor and evaluate the progress of the project according to the funding guidelines
3. Managing and monitoring the budget for the project
4. Pursue opportunities and strategies to grow the project
5. Support participants with all aspects of the project until completion
6. Support participants who have become disengaged with training, employability and skills
7. Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to manage ongoing employability and pipeline projects
8. Assist with the identification and application for sources of additional match funding that could be secured for the project and work closely with community and delivery partners
9. Undertake community engagement events and communicate utilising social media to maximise the number and range of people involved
10. Work closely with delivery partners to ensure that project plans are being followed through and that timetables and financial income/outgoings are being kept on track.
11. Scope out, project manage and deliver additional project ideas such as wheels to work scheme
12. Assist with activities that supports the Board and CEO
13. Carry out such other appropriate duties and responsibilities as are required by the CEO
