As a Food Bank Helpline Assistant, you'll be the reassuring first point of contact for people facing difficult circumstances, helping them access emergency food support and connecting them with services that can make a lasting difference. With a consistent 10am to 2pm working pattern, hybrid working options, and a supportive team culture, this role could be ideal for someone looking for a position that offers both purpose and flexibility.
