About Aberlour Falkirk Services

Aberlour works in partnership with the local authority and other partners to support Children and Families across the Falkirk area. Providing a range of services which promote, positively support, and strengthen the capacity of children and families to reach their full potential.

What we are looking for....

We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator. You will work 30 hours per week. The hours of this post can be worked flexibly in agreement with the Service Manager. You will ideally have a relevant professional qualification at SCQF Level 7 or equivalent experience.

You will support the service with general and financial administrative tasks as well as respond to enquiries via phone and email. You will have administrative experience gained through working within a busy office or social care environment. You will have experience of working with Microsoft Office packages including Excel and be able to create spreadsheets and deal with numerical information. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills.
