Role
The Super Power Agency (SC046550) is a Scottish charity founded in 2016. Our mission is to engage and re-engage disadvantaged and under-resourced young people aged 8 - 18 through a range of creative writing workshops, interdisciplinary programming, and mentoring. Our programmes provide opportunities for students to explore the potential of the written word all while fostering aspiration, creativity and strengthening valuable writing skills, skills that will help them in the classroom, in employment, and in life.
Job Purpose
The Partnerships Manager will play an integral part in developing the Super Power Agency's relationships with businesses, organisations and supporters.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Partnerships Manager is a revenue-focused role dedicated to securing corporate partnerships and financial contributions to grow the Super Power Agency's income.
As the Super Power Agency continues to grow and strengthen its long-term sustainability, the primary measure of success in this role will be securing new corporate income that enables us to achieve our strategic ambitions - including our long-term goal of establishing a permanent writing space for young people.
Working closely with the CEO and Programme Manager, the Partnerships Manager will identify, develop and secure new corporate partnerships while maintaining and growing existing relationships.
