An unexpected and exciting opportunity has arisen at Scottish Mediation for the key role of Executive Director to lead the organisation. This is a great time to be joining, with mediation playing a more central role in Scottish public life and Scottish Mediation continuing its work supporting excellence in mediation. This unique opportunity is one of the most interesting senior roles in the sector.

Whether in the courts, schools, workplaces and in our communities, mediation has a significant role to play. Scottish Mediation has both led and collaborated with others to drive the uptake of mediation and helping to build a coalition of the willing, and is a key part of the Executive Director’s role
