Ocean Youth Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Head of Income Generation to lead our fundraising and wider income generation team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-standing outdoor education charity to lead the development and delivery of an income generation strategy that will build on our sustainability and ensure we are delivering innovative and impactful outdoor education for young people in Scotland.

Ocean Youth Trust Scotland is a charity providing adventure and youth work on the waves for over 600 young people each year. 

We’ve been operating for more than 25 years and provide a number of different programmes supporting learning and youth work outcomes. We are first and foremost a youth work organisation but delivering our programme at sea provides a challenging environment and accelerates impact for young people.
