Role

Not every job changes lives. This one does.

East Ayrshire Women’s Aid is looking for a passionate, motivated Children & Young People’s Support Worker to support children and young people affected by domestic abuse, helping them rebuild confidence, find their voice and feel safe again.

We’re looking for someone who believes every child deserves to be heard, understands the impact of trauma, builds positive relationships and wants to create lasting change. You will also need to take part in our On Call Rota.

What you’ll bring: experience supporting children and young people, commitment to equality and empowerment, and the ability to travel throughout East Ayrshire.

Why join us? Because this is more than a role—it’s an opportunity to stand alongside children and young people when they need someone most and help shape a future free from abuse.
