Are you passionate about making a real difference to the lives of young people? We’re looking for an inspiring and experienced Young Carer Service Team Leader to lead and develop a dynamic service supporting young carers aged 5–24 across Highland.
In this rewarding role, you’ll lead a dedicated team, drive high-quality support and activities, and work with partners to ensure young carers are seen, heard and supported. You’ll play a key role in shaping services, raising awareness, and empowering young people to build confidence, resilience and wellbeing.
We offer a flexible, supportive working environment with excellent benefits, including enhanced leave, pension contributions, and ongoing training and development.
If you’re a motivated leader with a strong understanding of young carers’ needs and a passion for positive impact, we’d love to hear from you.
