Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Tayside Care & Support Management Team based in Perth.

We are looking for a compassionate, resilient, and motivated Manager to lead a well-established service supporting individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Our service provides a mix of supported accommodation and outreach, currently supporting 20 individuals with a wide range of needs, including Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health conditions. This diverse model offers variety and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference across multiple areas of support.

As Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality care at all times. You will play a key role in leading, supporting, and developing a dedicated team, fostering a positive environment where colleagues feel valued, confident, and able to perform at their best.

We are looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, and solution-focused, with the ability to prioritise and respond to changing needs while maintaining a calm and supportive approach. You will be supported to lead with confidence adopting a practice leadership model, using your judgement and experience to drive continuous improvement.

You will help create a positive and inclusive culture where dignity, respect, and individual outcomes are at the heart of everything we do.
