Role

Join Cadder Housing Association and play a central role in delivering Creating Cadder’s Spark, an exciting new community wellbeing and environmental programme designed to bring people together, strengthen local connections, and improve health through creativity and connection to nature. As our Creative Wellbeing Officer, you will shape 

and lead a dynamic programme of activities across Cadder, from the Community Hub to local green spaces, working alongside residents to design opportunities that build confidence, reduce isolation, and create a stronger sense of belonging. This is a rare opportunity to develop a role from the ground up, making a visible and lasting difference 

within a community that values relationships, creativity, and shared experience.

Cadder Housing Association is a registered social landlord based in Glasgow which owns and maintains 699 homes for affordable rent and provides factoring services to over 400 private homeowners. Established in 1993 the organisation is a community anchor for the people of Cadder. The Association owns Cadder Community Hub where we provide a range of activities for our residents.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated Creative Wellbeing Officer with experience working with communities in community development, community education or health and wellbeing to lead, design and deliver inclusive community projects that respond to the needs and aspirations of Cadder residents.

While this post is offered on a full-time basis, we welcome applications from individuals who would like to be considered for part-time hours. We are happy to explore flexible options with the right candidate. Please highlight on your covering letter if you wish to be considered for a part-time role.
