Are you passionate about community development and supporting local organisations to thrive?

We’re looking for a Third Sector Support Advisor (TSSA) to join our team at Argyll and Bute Third Sector Interface, providing dedicated support to charities, social enterprises, and community groups across the Helensburgh and Lomond area.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in your local area — helping third sector organisations access funding, strengthen governance, recruit volunteers, and collaborate effectively to meet community needs.

You’ll work closely with local partners to address key priorities identified through our area plan – from improving access to sustainable funding and tackling volunteer shortages, to strengthening digital skills and fostering community wellbeing.

We’re seeking someone who is empathetic, proactive, and partnership-focused, with great communication skills and the confidence to support a diverse range of community-led organisations.
