This is an exciting moment to join the Fringe Society as we enter a bold new chapter in our story. As we prepare to move into our new permanent home, Fringe Central, in 2026, we are growing in scale, ambition and impact; transforming the way we support artists, engage communities and deliver our mission year-round. The renovation of our new space is only the beginning; it marks the start of a long-term evolution in how we work, connect and create.

We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Business Services to help lead that transformation. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you’ll ensure the organisation has the structure, resources and confidence to deliver on its vision. It’s a role that blends strategy with action; from driving financial resilience and operational excellence to shaping an inclusive, forward-looking culture. For someone who relishes building strong systems, empowering teams and making things happen, this is a unique opportunity to make a lasting difference at a defining moment in our journey.
