Role
Fife Carers Centre is seeking a compassionate and motivated Hospital Carer Support Worker to join our team at Fife Carers Centre.
Role Overview:
This role supports unpaid carers whose cared-for person is in hospital and approaching discharge. You will provide sensitive, person-centred support, helping carers access practical, financial, and emotional resources while ensuring their voices are heard during care planning. You will manage a caseload of carers and work closely with hospital teams and partner agencies to make sure families get the right help at the right time.
