Relationships Scotland Tayside and Fife is seeking a Child Contact Centre Manager to oversee the operation of our Children’s Contact Services across Tayside and Fife, managing five centres from our Dundee base.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate manager who can balance driving effective support with people-focused leadership, ensuring the delivery of safe, supportive and high-quality services for children and families. The role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer, as part of a small management team that together oversees all operational aspects of the Service.

About the role
- Full-time, 35 hours per week (4.5 days per week)
- Permanent post with a 6-month probationary period
- Subject to PVG registration
- Based in Dundee, with responsibility for services across Tayside and Fife
- Opportunity to work closely with Family Law professionals, Family Courts, and Social Work and a range of children’s services, playing a key role in supporting families through family separation and change, and helping to achieve positive outcomes for children
