The Hidden Gardens is a multi-award-winning art and design garden and Scotland’s first sanctuary gardens dedicated to peace. Join our team and help us nurture this urban greenspace for all to enjoy.

The Hidden Gardens is looking for a new Chief Executive to lead this amazing community asset and deliver our new five-year strategy.

You will be an experienced leader driven by a passion for community action and deep understanding of social and environmental justice. Demonstrable success in achieving and maintaining financial sustainability is a must, as is the ability to forge lasting and impactful partnerships.

The role will involve leading a small, dedicated staff team and working with a volunteer Board of Trustees.

You’ll get 25 days annual leave plus 10 public holidays, pension contributions, and one of the most beautiful work environments in Glasgow.
