Are you passionate about helping people at risk of rough sleeping during the coldest winter months?

We’re seeking staff who are motivated to tackle the problem of homelessness, with the skills to create a welcoming environment for people with complex needs. The Glasgow Overnight Welcome Centre anticipates receiving hundreds of guests seeking refuge and a warm, safe place to sleep.

This is a fixed term post from a proposed opening on 1 December 2025 to 31 March 2026, working a variety of available shifts (Morning (08:00 – 15:15); Afternoon (15:00 – 22:15); Night (22:00 – 08:15)). Night team work is a five days on, five days off rotation. Day team work is a six days on, three days off rotation. We welcome applications from those with lived experience of homelessness or asylum/immigration.

We are looking to recruit someone with an active Christian faith and live church connection. These are Genuine Occupational Requirements in terms of the Employment Equality Act 2010. Offer subject to satisfactory references and a PVG check.
