Are you passionate about the environment? Will you put your communication expertise and passion into helping to tackle nature and climate emergencies? Join a dynamic network of eNGOs, all working together to restore and protect Scotland’s environment.

We are seeking a Communications Officer on a part-time/full-time basis. This is a creative and fast-paced role where you will be using your creativity and drive to produce exciting and engaging communications on the issues that matter to LINK’s members. We work towards putting environment at the heart of society, benefiting people, communities, and the planet. The role creates content and coordinates LINK’s digital media and communications activities, crafting effective messaging that supports our advocacy work and contributes to effective policy and decision-making for an environmentally sustainable future. You will work closely with the Campaigns Coordinator and Director of Policy and Engagement at LINK and with LINK’s work groups to build a stronger and louder voice for Scotland’s environment. 

With experience of digital communication development and delivery, across multiple channels from social media to broadcast, you will develop content that staff and members can use in their everyday work. You will be passionate about the natural world and will want to make the world a better place. You will be able to deal effectively with a large and fast-evolving workload and will have excellent team-working and communication skills. Flexibility for some evening and weekend work required.
