Role

Carers Trust Scotland is looking for a dedicated and organised Events Executive to support the delivery of our events programme including our flagship event, the Scottish Young Carers Festival.

In this key role, you'll be responsible for sourcing and liaising with venues, coordinating with speakers and organisers, and managing general event administration for both online and in-person events.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that delivers meaningful, inclusive events that make a real difference in the lives of unpaid carers across Scotland.

We're looking for someone with experience supporting events (in-person or online), solid admin skills, and confidence using tools like Excel, Word, and ideally Eventbrite.

You'll be organised, a clear communicator, and a great team player. A commitment to inclusion, collaboration, and improving the lives of unpaid carers is essential.

Even if you don't meet every requirement, we'd still love to hear from you - your enthusiasm and potential may be exactly what sets you apart.
