Role

The Scottish Commission for People with Learning Disabilities (SCLD) is seeking a highly organised and motivated Administration and Compliance Officer to support the smooth running of our organisation. 

This role is key to ensuring effective governance, compliance, and operational efficiency, while also providing vital secretariat support to our Board and Sub-Committees.

You will play a central role in maintaining robust systems and processes, acting as GDPR Data Officer and Health & Safety Officer, and managing our CRM system. With excellent organisational and communication skills, you will be confident in coordinating governance requirements, designing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance across the organisation. This is a varied role that requires accuracy, initiative, and the ability to balance competing priorities.

This permanent, part-time post (21 hours per week, with flexible daytime hours Monday to Friday) is based on hybrid working between home and our Glasgow office. The salary is £28,000 (FTE) with 37 days pro rata annual leave.
