Role

As a member of the Faith Action team you will work within the training team primarily to support the work with IME Probationers, those in their First Five Years and others in the recognised ministries, being the primary point of contact.

You will have significant knowledge and experience of conducting programme reviews, consultations and report writing with an awareness of current trends and best practice in theological education, training and formation, and ongoing support and development in relation to our national ministries.

The postholder is required to be a committed Christian with a live Church connection which is a Genuine Occupational Requirement in terms of the Equality Act 2010.
